How do I create a United Kicks account?
Go to create account, provide the requested information, and you're ready to go.
How can I track my order?
- We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.
- If you have a United Kicks profile, sign in to your account. You'll see which purchases are on the way and get to the shipment tracking updates.
- If you don't have an account, find your tracking number in your email, then go to track my order and enter it.
What happens when my item is backordered?
Typically, all items listed on untdkicks.com are readily available and will ship within one (1) business day after receiving payment and verifying information on our end. In the instance that the item is unavailable or isn't in the same condition as described on untdkicks.com, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
What methods of payment can I use?
United Kicks accepts the following:
- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
- United Kicks Gift Cards: To use online, enter the 16 digit gift card number in the 'gift card or discount code' section at Checkout.
- Other forms of payment: Shop Pay, PayPal and Apple Pay®
At this time, we cannot accept, cash, CODs, checks, money orders or gift certificates for online purchases. If you have any questions, please call us at 1.909.264.7509.
Can I add different forms of payment to an order?
No. We're currently unable to accept multiple credit cards for a single transaction. You can, however, apply United Kicks Gift Cards to your purchase and pay the remaining balance with a credit card or PayPal.
Do you accept contactless payment?
Yes! We accept contactless payment at our physical location. It's safe and easy. Just hold your tap-to-pay card or mobile device over the card-reader screen to initiate payment.

How can I pay for international orders?
Visa and Mastercard are accepted for international orders. We also accept Paypal and Shop Pay. For more details, see international orders.
Will you charge sales tax on my order?
It depends where your order is being shipped. For specifics, see more info about sales tax.
How do I check my Gift Card balance?
To verify the remaining balance, call 1.909.264.7509, or inquire with an associate in store.
What is a Credit Card Authorization?
Once your order is placed, a pre-authorization (pending charge/hold) for the full amount will be applied to your credit card. Depending on your financial institution, this pre-authorization is usually removed automatically within 7 days.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged for the cost of each item as it ships. You may see multiple credit card charges if you have an order that contains multiple items that are shipped at different times.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If a return is initiated, depending on your financial institution, you may see that refund within 3–5 business days.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping cost is solely determined by your location. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout after inputting your shipping address. In store pick up orders are free.
What do I do if I didn't receive a shipment?
If you're missing items or shipments, contact us within 30 days of ship date.
Returns & Exchanges
A good amount of our inventory is sold via our consignment service, meaning we sell items for many individuals to whom the inventory belongs to.
Shortly after an item sells in-store or online, the owner of the item(s) receives payment for their merchandise.
Because of this, we are firm on our return policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges; all sales are final.
Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfillment errors on our end, such as items being out of stock or incorrectly shipped.
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We apply refunds to the tender used to purchase the items being returned. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, we'll ask for personal identification and a refund will be provided at the current price on a United Kicks Gift Card.
